3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to delete your account.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

kgWeaver is designed exclusively for educational purposes. All users must use the platform in a manner that supports learning, research, and knowledge development. By using our service, you agree to comply with these guidelines and all applicable laws and regulations.

10. DMCA Policy and Copyright Infringement

kgWeaver respects intellectual property rights and responds to legitimate copyright infringement claims in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

10.1 Filing a DMCA Takedown Request

• Only copyright owners or their authorized representatives may file a DMCA takedown request.
• Requests must include your contact information, a description of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing content, and a good faith statement.
• Send requests to dmca@kgWeaver.com with subject line "DMCA Takedown Request".
• We will review and respond within 48 hours.

10.2 Counter-Notification

• If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with your contact information, a description of the removed content, and a good faith statement.
• We will forward your counter-notification to the original complainant, who has 10 business days to respond.
• If no legal action is filed, we may restore the content and notify both parties.

10.3 Repeat Infringer Policy

• First violation: Warning and content removal
• Second violation: Temporary account suspension
• Third violation: Extended suspension
• Fourth violation: Permanent account termination
